NDIS can feel overwhelming, whether you’re just getting started, heading into a plan review, or juggling a more complex situation. That’s where our Dandenong team comes in.

Your local support coordinators and recovery coaches get to know you and what matters to you before connecting you with providers, and they stick with you as your needs change.

Frequently Asked Questions About Support Coordination

Support Coordination helps you find and connect with providers and make your plan work. Plan Management handles the financial side, paying invoices, tracking your budget. They’re separate services and many participants use both.

No. If you have Support Coordination funded in your NDIS plan, our service is covered.

The amount of support coordination funding depends on your individual needs, plan and the complexity of your situation.

Yes. You have the right to choose your support coordinator, and you can switch if it’s not working for you.

You don’t have to have a local support coordinator but it can make a real difference. Our practitioners are based in the communities they serve.

Absolutely. Your support network is part of how things work. We welcome family, guardians, support workers, and other key people in the conversation.

A psychosocial recovery coach works with you to figure out what recovery means for you, set goals that matter to you, and support you as you work towards them. Recovery coaching is different from therapy or clinical treatment, it’s about the practical, day-to-day work of recovery. That might involve helping you find a volunteer role, reconnect with friends, manage your housing, build a daily routine, or work towards employment.
